Service of Process

The individuals listed below are hereby authorized and designated to accept service of process of lawsuits filed in federal and state courts in which the Stone Mountain Memorial Association is named as a defendant. Except as listed below, no other individual is authorized to accept the service of process. If neither individual listed below is present and available to accept service of process, then the process server should be instructed to return at a later time.

In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 50-21-35, the

stone Mountain Memorial Association designates the following individuals for service of process for civil actions:

Danielle Farmer – Admin. Asst.

A designee for service of process will be present Monday through Friday from 8am till 4pm.
